Returns policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Return conditions

• The item must be unworn, in its original packaging and with its tags.
• Items returned stained, washed, worn or damaged will not be refunded.
• Underwear and opened accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Procedure

1. Contact us at contact@leggings-sport.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We send you the return instructions and the address to use.
3. You return the item within 14 days of the return being approved.
4. Once the item has been received and checked, the refund is made within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item or item not matching the order), in which case we cover the cost of sending it back.
