Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales of products on the website leggings-sport.com (hereinafter “the Site”) between the operating company and any person making a purchase (hereinafter “the Customer”).

Article 2 — Products & prices

The products offered are described on each item's product page. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Shipping costs are specified at the payment step.

Article 3 — Orders

Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Validating the order constitutes acceptance of the price, of the product description and of these Terms.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Stripe gateway (3D Secure). Your account is debited when the order is validated.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery terms, times and rates are described on the Shipping page. Any delay of more than 30 days beyond the scheduled date may give rise to a cancellation request by the Customer.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Details are on the Returns policy page.

Article 7 — Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8 — Personal data

Data collected in connection with orders is used solely to process the order and manage the customer relationship. See the Privacy policy.

Article 9 — Disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) before taking any legal action.
